2nd Sense Audio has released ReSample, a stereo editor app, and one of the first with MacBook Pro Touch Bar support. ReSample features its own built-in processors along with support for AU and VST plugins. Highlights include a smooth and responsive waveform UI, high quality sample rate conversion, learning noise reduction, removal and extraction of center vocals, time stretch with real time preview, pitch shift with real time preview, spectrogram browsing, real time spectrum with frequency estimation, multi-band compression, and loudness metering (ITU-R BS.1770-2 and EBU R128). ReSample also supports multiple audio codecs and file formats: PCM (.wav, .aif), FLAC (.flac), VORBIS (.ogg), MP3 (.mp3), and AAC(.m4a).

2nd Sense Audio ReSample is available now for $89, with a 25-day fully functional demo period. It requires macOS 10.7 or later.
