DMG Audio is very excited to announce TrackComp, a plugin that contains five compressors spanning the history of pro-audio. The circuit models use a specially optimized SPICE simulation running in realtime, and include all the distortion and weirdness of the original units: E-channel (British console channel compressor), G-bus (British console bus compressor), 76D (Revision D FET compressor), 2A (1960s valve and opto compressor), and DMG (Digital compressor). The zero-latency plugin also sports calibration controls to match and replace hardware, if that’s your goal.
DMG Audio TrackComp is available now for £75 with an intro price of £67 for the next 30 days. Existing customers can qualify for further discounts. It requires macOS 10.5 or later and an AU or VST plugin host.
