I'm pretty sure that you can export the samples, but why don't you just use battery 3 as an AU in garageband? You can use the iDrum sequencer to generate midi patterns and drag these to a battery track in gb.

Just move them manually in the Finder. Yes, but then you'll only be able to use one or the other. I agree with tremolounge: if there is a change that breaks backwards compatibility, it should be incorporated in a plugin with a different component ID, so that both versions can coexist in a project.

I've noticed that Kontakt will sometimes crash Live if you switch to another application while a Live set containing Kontakt is loading (or while adding K2 to a track).

Do the NI plugins that use multi-outs work (I am specifically interested in K2, B3, and Reaktor)? When you say that Guru doesn't work, does it not work at all, or merely not as a multi-out plug?

Chris: On "Drive," the Highpass and Output Level are both labeled "Gain" -- this might be what you want for Output, but probably not for Highpass. I see similar labeling in Density, Pressure, and Neverland. (I'm checking in Logic, Live, and AU Lab.) The parameters in the speaker ...

Another concern I have with the airwindows line is that every parameter has the default type ("Gain"). It would be more useful if these were different for each parameter. However, they sure do sound nice.

There are much more recent versions. Log in to the ableton site and download, e.g. Live 6.0.9.
