Tempo Control with iTunes integration?

Post by BouncyJones » 17 Jan 2009, 14:42

I listen to podcasts pretty frequently and am frustrated that iTunes doesn't offer tempo control. The closest I've found is the A/V controls within Quicktime. Any chance there's a program that has iTunes Library integration or a plugin one could use within iTunes?

Thanks.

Not sure I understand your need/application but try this:

Yes, yes and yes! This was exactly what I was looking for! These guys should be doing some more advertising as this is a very useful too!

As far as I know, there is no other iTunes integrated audio player for the Mac that offers quality tempo changing for listening to podcasts much more quickly.

Thanks so much for putting me on to this!

My absolute pleasure to have helped :)

Be sure to also allow the options of third party scripts and artificial intelligence app's in your creative applications of 'playlist sciences' and other tools musicians/composers now have available.

http://www.beatunes.com/

http://xone.mixedinkey.com/

AND:

(for application of previous 'sciences' straight into your favorite recording app)

...to name a few. Not JUST for DJ's, think of the compositional collages of yours (or others) audio given these options ;-)
