T-Racks 3 Deluxe bug?

Hi,
Didn't know where to post this problem. It seems that when I go to process a group of songs I'm mastering all at once, (ie: bounce down) inadvertently 1 or more of the tracks are corrupted with odd digital aritifacts. The latest attempt had one out of 11 tracks "skipping" all the way through. It seems ok if I do one at a time though. Anyone else heard of this or are having this same problem?
