TNR-i - Yamaha TENORI-ON for iOS!

Post by Meester Smeeth » 29 Jun 2011, 04:42

Yamaha have released TNR-i for iOS, pretty much a full blown TENORI-ON.

iOS is starting to be a fun platform for music apps. iMS20 is just so much more fun than the MS20 plug-in on the computer.

£11.99

For some reason, it is listed separately on the UK and US iTunes stores.

Am tempted, but am not sure about the interface. I don't understand why they have to copy the hardware interface when you have a full touch screen to play with.

I couldn't resist - and actually bought it the minute it was released to the US (last night).

It's surprisingly deep, and really has the Tenori down.

And it will drive MIDI.

Still, it'll take some getting used to on an iPad...
