Version 5 of the venerable audio editor DSP-Quattro is now available. Rebuilt from the ground up for macOS High Sierra, DSP-Quattro 5 stands on the foundation of its award-winning twenty-three year history. The app features new sample rate conversion, time stretching, and frequency shifter algorithms, 64-bit audio and graphic engines, multithreaded processing, and is compiled using the last macOS libraries. DSP-Quattro 5 is still an Audio CD editor, with its own internal, fully rebook compliant Audio CD burning engine. It can import and export CD images as DDP standard with md5 checksum. 64-bit AU effect and instrument plugins are fully supported. The DSP-Quattro Mixer section includes full channel strips for the audio file editor, Audio CD layout, inputs, and virtual instruments. The latter can be used in real-time, turning your Mac into a live instrument and effects unit.

DSP-Quattro 5 is available now for $99, with an introductory price of $79 until June 15. Upgrades are available for $49, with a $39 intro price until the same date. It requires macOS 10.11 or later.
