Today, for 303 Day (3/03), Roland Cloud announces the addition of the Roland TB-303 to their subscription suite of software instruments. Utilizing the same ACB (Analog Circuit Behavior) modeling as the rest of the Legendary series, the TB-303 plugin captures the tone and unique “malleability” of the original hardware. A hidden panel on the far-right corner of the UI unlocks of a variety of new tone-coloring features, including new VCF trim, Vintage Condition, and Master Tune knobs. The onboard effects, including distortion and delay with DAW tempo-sync, bring the ‘303 into the 21st century.
The Roland TB-303 plugin is available now (you may need to relaunch Roland Cloud Manager) as part of the Roland Cloud rent-to-own subscription plan, which is $19.95 per month. Discounts are available with 1 to 5-year plans. Every 12 months paid entitles you to keep one plugin, subscription or not. Roland Cloud requires macOS 10.9 or later and an AU, VST, or AAX plugin host.
