Baby Audio has acquired all assets from the previous owners of Denise Audio. Baby Audio believes that Denise Audio plugins have some amazing DSP inside them – while needing a little bit of love in other areas. They are currently working on a full revamp of the Baby Audio catalog. Denise Audio will remain separate from Baby Audio and they have no plans of externally uniting the two brands. However, they expect that operating a second plugin company will give their team more options internally, since an additional product outlet means they can hire more developers and engage in more experimental R&D work. If you’re a Baby Audio user, all this will make no difference to you. If you’re a Denise Audio user, you should begin to see improvements right away!
