Same problem here! I've also written Abbey Road support weeks ago and never heard back. Lousy customer service! Other problems are XILS polykb and Waldorf Plugins - at least they both responded to eamils...uburoibob wrote:I am having issues with getting the Abbey Road Brilliance pack to work. I have the other plugins, but the three Brilliance Pack pieces are CRASHING VALIDATION in Logic. Anyone have a fix or workaround? I've written to Abbey Road Plugins support, twice, but they've not responded.
Thanks,

Mac OS X 10.7 Lion compatibility

Re: Mac OS X 10.7 Lion compatibility
Apogee Duet (FireWire) now working with new Lion drivers!
Sadly, none of my incompatible plugins have been updated for Lion. It appears that if the plugin didn't work to begin with, it's not easy to fix!
Totally incompatible:
TimewArp 2600 - can bypass AU validation but still crashes Logic when loading (beautiful sounding plugin but has always been the buggiest POS on my computer!). Developer doesn't respond to support emails - I doubt this will ever get updated.
Waldorf Edition - copy protection error - Waldorf says they are working on it, but they haven't put any info or compatibility warnings on their website that I could find. Wow, I miss my PPG!!!
Crashes AU Validation but working in "Incompatible" mode:
XILS 3 & polyKB II - From the developer: "The problem comes from the AU part of our plug-in.
I just finished to build a special system for Lion (I must keep my Snow leopard systems working, so wasn't able to just upgrade). There should be some (good ?) news soon"
Abbey Road Brilliance Pack - Abbey Road now has a notice: "Brilliance Pack users please note that The Brilliance Pack is currently not compatible with Lion. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible."
Altiverb & Speakerphone - Developer has been helping with workarounds (installer doesn't work in Lion), but has not answered questions about whether there will be a fix. I think I read somewhere that we have to wait to buy Altiverb 7.
PSP Nitro - I guess this plugin is no longer supported. There's an upgrade to PSP N2O for $99.
URS BLT EQ - I just sent a support request to URS.

Waldorf Edition:
I contacted Waldorf Support through their website (http://www.waldorfmusic.de/en/support-contact.html) - their reply asked me to send pix of my WE CD box with serial number and invoice (which I didn't have after all these years) and they sent me a link to version 1.3 with a new serial and registration. Works perfectly on Lion and my beloved PPG is back...
Why they have no info on their website about this is just strange, but hope this helps.
(EDIT - to clarify, I had the box and cd, but not my invoice)

ReCycle 2.2 is released http://www.propellerheads.se/download/i ... le_updatesG wrote:Propellerhead
Our current products have been tested on this new OS X version and we are happy to report that Reason and Record are fully compatible.
ReCycle and Lion
Apple has removed Rosetta support from Mac OS X 10.7 (applications relying on Rosetta will not run). The current version of ReCycle is relying on Rosetta and will not run if you upgrade to Mac OS X 10.7.
Registered ReCycle owners can sign up for the ReCycle 2.2 beta here. ReCycle owners will be notified when ReCycle 2.2 is released.
I never received an email notification, just happened upon this...
