Have you added RAM lately, or moved your machine? It could be either bad RAM or just mis-seated sticks. If you do open it up, blast everything with compressed air and reseat the video card, too.

No added Ram,
Heaps of dust here on everything inside the machine.
I have done as suggested as it has helped b4.

I should add: If you do remove and reseat the video card, remember to depress the locking tab near the PCIe connector. I didn't even see the one in my 2008 Mac Pro, and it's extremely frail, so consequently, I no longer have said tab.
