How to get a Lion screen saver into Yosemite??

This is really, really super dumb, but I just upgraded from Lion to Yosemite this past week. I liked my old screen savers and the way one in particular behaved. Does anyone know of a way to configure the settings or import the random classic screen saver? This is the one that just brings in new photos and keeps them there as new ones float in. The older Classic. Also how to set your own default photo albums. Completely unrelated to music. Apologies.

Kinda sorta music related: I had an old Kraftwerk screen saver that just would not work when I upgraded to Mavericks. Something changed too far and it died. RIP.

In your case, though, were you using one of the older built-ins? I use something similar on my studio rig, it's Apple's own "Vintage Prints". Once selected, you can choose a folder of images or an album in iPhoto as the source (at the bottom of the pop-up). I use the latter, since it's easiest to move new images in and out.

Vintage Prints? Oh yeah. But I think these parameters might change from OS to OS. I'm using Vintage Prints in Yosemite now. That or Classic, but Classic is not the same as the Classic in Lion. It's just an annoyance. I wish I could either make my own parameters or import them from other sources.

You can roll your own screen savers as Quartz Composer compositions.

Just to try and be clear, in the preferences screensaver pane I'd like to be able to choose more algorithms, or patterns, some older styles and be able to set a folder of pictures as a default COLLECTION. But it seems the default collections are pre-chosen.
