DAW File Organization and Workflow Suggestions?

I am setting up a studio that has struggled with workflow and file organization in the past. The idea is to do the job right by starting from scratch and developing the proper workflow so we are able to scale in the future. The vision is to have the files organized in the most intuitive way possible so virtually anyone could walk into the studio and have full access to the whole sound library, sample packs, and projects. I have been searching online but have not been able to put the pieces together. Does anyone have any insight or advice as to how I should structure my files for the most efficient workflow?
