We are excited about macOS Mojave and iOS12 from Apple Inc. and we are currently testing all KORG products to be the compliant for these OS and will confirm compliance dates for each KORG product as soon as possible. Until we have confirmed compliance, we advise waiting until all devices and applications have been tested before updating to these OS.

Apple Mojave Update Alert

It has come to our attention that some Roland Cloud Manager Mac users are unable to start Roland Cloud Manager from the new Recent Apps portion of the Mojave Dock. We are looking into the issue. For the time being, users can launch Roland Cloud Manager from Spotlight (Command-Spacebar) or the Application Folder.

Apple users: We’ve successfully tested Melodyne 4 in the new macOS Mojave and can confirm full compatibility for our standalone version.

For plug-in operation we will update our list as soon as the DAW developers confirm compatibility.

They have also just released Melodyne 4.2, which enables ARA with Logic Pro X 10.4.2.

My initial tests on Mojave seem promising. All Valhalla plugins install and work in Logic 10.4, Live 9.7.7, Pro Tools 12.4. VST 2.4, AU, AAX. So, not an official Mojave endorsement, but not bad for an OS 10.x.0 release.

Just tested Valhalla plugins in GarageBand and Live 10.0.4 on Mojave. Things are working well, at least with my tests. Plugin installers work as well.

We are glad to announce that our software is compatible with MacOS 10.14 “Mojave”.

Although we usually do not recommend upgrading your production machine until Apple’s system is fully debugged and compatible with your host applications and various plug-ins, you should not have major problems using our software with this new version today, with a few limitations in dark mode.

Soundtoys plug-ins are not currently compatible with #macOSMojave, as there are some known issues with plug-in UI display and behavior. We advise our users to hold off on updating to Mojave until a compatibility update has been released. Stay tuned for updates!
