Kazrog

https://kazrog.com/blogs/news/macos-big ... -statement
Kazrog has announced preliminary support for macOS Big Sur. While more thorough testing has yet to be done, we can confirm that our current plugins are working in hosts that officially support Big Sur at this time.

However, we strongly discourage most people working in the pro audio industry from upgrading to Big Sur, due to widespread incompatibility with a variety of audio software and hardware as of this writing.

IK Multimedia

Apple is releasing their new operating system macOS 11 (Big Sur) this month on November 12th.

To ensure that your IK Multimedia software and hardware products work as intended, we strongly recommend waiting to update until we have confirmed compatibility.

Preliminary tests using the macOS 11 (Big Sur) beta, suggest you may encounter compatibility issues, which are being validated with the official release of Big Sur now. For more specific information, please check back here if you have any concerns with your IK Multimedia products. We will continue to post any compatibility issues - and planned fixes if required - here and will update the IK FAQ as appropriate.

Will you support MacOS Big Sur and ARM Macs?

We haven’t yet tested our plug-ins on MacOS Big Sur but plan to do so shortly.

We plan to release updates of all plug-ins including ARM binaries in early 2021.

These will be free updates for users of Power Suite 6, Master Restoration 6, and Dialog 2 plug-ins.

TwistedWave

via direct inquiry, shared with permission
Yes, according to my tests, and reports from other users, TwistedWave works fine on macOS Big Sur. I have fixed a couple of UI glitches with the latest version, TwistedWave 24.3, so be sure to use it. I found TwistedWave was working pretty well with Rosetta 2.

Regarding Apple Silicon, I certainly plan to support it. TwistedWave currently depends on a couple of libraries that are not completely ready for Apple Silicon, but I will watch that closely, and release an update as soon as possible.
Update 16 Feb 2021
TwistedWave 25.0 is now optimized for the M1 chip.

KV331 (SynthMaster)

https://www.facebook.com/groups/synthmasterusers
SynthMaster already works on ARM chips -> SynthMaster Player iOS and SynthMaster One iOS 😉
So, in December we'll get a new Mac Mini M1 🙂
Update 8 Feb 2021

https://www.facebook.com/groups/synthma ... 984693460/
Hello everyone. Finally, we started our M1 Big Sur tests. I want to brief you immediately. After your Synthmaster installation is done and copy your license file to Documents / Synthmaster. Restart your computer. Run your daw in rosetta mode. You will see your Synthmaster products as AU unit.

How to use your apps with rosetta:
Select the app you want to open, then go to File > Get Info in the menu bar or press Command+I on your keyboard.
Check the box for Open using Rosetta.

Update 22 Mar 2021

New updates for soothe2 and spiff

We recently released updates for both soothe2 and spiff.
These updates introduced macOS Big Sur compatibility as well as performance optimisation, bug fixes and many new presets!

Apple Silicon (M1) Rosetta 2 support

As you may imagine, M1 compatibility has been one of the hottest questions we’ve got from our users lately.
Based on our existing tests and validations, the recent updates to our plug-ins work as intended on M1 Macs with Rosetta 2.
As this is new territory, we'd appreciate any heads-up on issues you might encounter running our plug-ins with Rosetta 2. We want to get any potential bugs ironed out as soon as possible.

Auburn Sounds

https://www.auburnsounds.com/blog/Ready ... licon.html
Our plug-in line now support macOS 11.0 "Big Sur" and Apple Silicon. Upgrade is necessary for Big Sur, even without Apple Silicon.

What does this mean for performance on the new Apple Silicon devices?
• Graillon is +77% faster when native (vs Rosetta 2)
• Couture is +32% faster when native
• Panagement is +94% faster when native
• Renegate is +60% faster when native

The plug-ins will run native if your DAW has been ported to Apple Silicon too. AAX plug-ins are not ported yet.

William Castelli has created "Silicon Info", a tiny menu bar app that will tell you if the app you're currently running is Apple Silicon native or not. You can get it for free via GitHub or on the Mac App Store, and it requires Big Sur.

Thank you, and thanks for the heads up!

My M1 Mac mini is on the way from B&H. I saved some money on the full spec model at the expense of any kind of ETA. Fingers crossed.
