Apple has recently released it's latest operating system macOS 12. We're currently testing compatibility with our products on macOS 12 Monterey. We'd recommend not updating your computer to the new operating system until we've fully qualified the software.

Eventide VST2/VST3 and AU plug-ins are now fully compatible on both Intel-based Mac computers and new Mac computers with Apple M1 (ARM-based) processors. Eventide plug-ins are also fully compatible with the new macOS Monterey and Windows 11. AAX remains Intel-only until Avid adds native M1 support.

Are you guys compatible with M1/Big Sur?
There is no OFFICIAL support for M1 yet, we are working on it, our plug-ins successfully run through Rosetta 2 on Big Sur. You can always make use of our 14-day trial.

Same FAQ answer for over a year, yet their latest plugins all say "Big Sur 11.x not yet supported" with no mention of Monterey, so demo carefully.
